Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days after successful payment.
• Subscription was purchased directly through TaxPlead.
• Payment can be verified through our records.
• Refund request complies with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

TaxPlead provides a 30-day free trial for eligible users.

• During this period, users can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a purchase.
• All core features are accessible during the trial to ensure an informed decision.
• Users are encouraged to thoroughly explore the platform during the trial before subscribing.
• No payment information is required to start the free trial.

Refunds generally will not be provided for the following situations:

• Your subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation stops all future billing renewals immediately.
• You will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.
• No prorated refund is provided for any unused time remaining in the billing cycle.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Users may disable auto-renewal at any time from their account settings.
• A reminder email is sent before each renewal to ensure you are informed.

Accidental duplicate payments are eligible for a full refund after verification. If you believe you have been charged twice for the same subscription period, please contact our support team with both transaction IDs and we will investigate and process the refund promptly.

Enterprise plans, custom agreements, or law firm contracts may have separate refund terms defined in their individual service agreements. These agreements take precedence over this general Refund Policy. Please refer to your specific contract or contact your dedicated account manager for clarification.

• TaxPlead does not store users' card or banking information on our servers.
• All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards.
• For payment-related issues, Razorpay's support may also be contacted directly.

TaxPlead reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage users to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
